Tour cancellation policy
For tours (private and small group), cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund or future travel credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 0% refund. All sales are final within 24 hours of the tour date thus tickets and reservation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you would like a tour to be rescheduled, this will need to be made within 48 hours before the original scheduled tour date.
